Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas uniquement d&rsquo;un exercice de reporting RSE, mais aussi d&rsquo;un v\u00e9ritable t\u00e9moignage de croissance durable et de coh\u00e9rence. En 2024, Chimiver a atteint des objectifs significatifs, parmi lesquels :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>100\u202f% des besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques couverts par des sources renouvelables<\/strong>, confirmant la volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions et l\u2019impact environnemental ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Augmentation du nombre de S-Cards<\/strong> disponibles, des outils de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et de communication de la durabilit\u00e9 des produits (la liste mise \u00e0 jour des produits dot\u00e9s de S-Card est disponible ici : <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/chimiver.com\/fr\/s-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/chimiver.com\/fr\/s-card\/<\/a><\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintien de la certification UNI CEI EN ISO 50001:2018<\/strong>, garantissant un syst\u00e8me de gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie efficace ;<\/li>\n<li>Cartographie des <strong>comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>, un projet visant \u00e0 valoriser les talents et \u00e0 construire des parcours de d\u00e9veloppement personnalis\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>A<strong>m\u00e9lioration continue de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la production<\/strong>, avec des processus optimis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets et la consommation ;<\/li>\n<li>G<strong>roup coaching et programmes de formation d\u00e9di\u00e9s<\/strong> aux managers, pour promouvoir une culture partag\u00e9e de la durabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En 2024, Chimiver a de nouveau \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9e pour son engagement environnemental en obtenant le label Ecopack.
