Subject: Update on Company Working Hours – June 2026

Dear Colleagues,

Following the communications already shared in previous months, we would like to inform you that the current company working schedule will remain in place throughout the entire month of June 2026.

This decision reflects our commitment to maintaining a better balance between professional and personal life, while also continuing to support sustainability and the reduction of commuting. The working hours currently in force will therefore remain as follows:

• Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. (continuous working hours)
• Friday: from 08:00 a.m. to 03:30 p.m. (continuous working hours)

We would also like to inform you that the company will be closed on Monday, June 1st and Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, on the occasion of the Republic Day bridge holiday. All company activities will resume regularly on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026.

For any need or clarification, our team remains at your disposal as always.
