Subject: Update on company working hours

Dear Customers,

Following our communication of 24 September 2025, we would like to share with you an update regarding the organisation of our company working hours.

At a time when rising energy and fuel costs are having a concrete impact on everyone’s daily lives, we have chosen to continue with the working hours currently in force throughout the entire month of May 2026.

This decision stems from our commitment to always put people first, promoting a better balance between professional and personal life, while at the same time contributing to a reduction in commuting and environmental impact.

The working hours in force are therefore as follows:

• Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 (continuous hours)
• Friday from 08:00 to 15:30 (continuous hours)

Regarding a possible return to summer working hours, we will keep you promptly informed, so as to allow you to plan your activities with peace of mind.
