Chimiver presents its third Sustainability Report: a tangible commitment toward a responsible future

With the publication of its third Sustainability Report, Chimiver reaffirms its path toward an increasingly responsible and transparent business model. This document illustrates, through real data and strategic vision, the company’s daily commitment to combining innovation, environmental respect, and value for people.

From continuity to evolution

The new Report marks an important milestone in a journey that began three years ago: not just an act of reporting, but a testament to growth and consistency. In 2024, Chimiver achieved significant milestones, including:

• 100% of energy needs covered by renewable sources, confirming the company’s determination to reduce emissions and environmental impact;
• Increase in available S-Cards, tools for tracking and communicating the sustainability of products (the updated list of products with S-Cards is available here: https://chimiver.com/en/s-card/)
• Retaining UNI CEI EN ISO 50001:2018 certification as proof of an efficient energy management system.
• Skills assessment project, aimed at valuing talents and creating personalized growth paths;
• Continuous production efficiency improvements, with optimized processes to reduce waste and consumption;
• Group coaching and dedicated training programs for company managers, promoting a shared culture of sustainability.

In 2024, Chimiver also received the Ecopack recognition, rewarding its ongoing commitment to redesigning packaging with a focus on efficiency and waste reduction.

New challenges for the future

The 2024 Sustainability Report also looks ahead: Chimiver Panseri S.p.A. has already set ambitious goals for the coming years, including:

• Achievement of UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 certification: implementing and certifying an occupational health and safety management system to ensure a safe and healthy work environment;
• EPD Certification: continuing the process to obtain the Environmental Product Declaration for our Adesiver Elastic and UNISIL adhesives, ensuring greater transparency on environmental impact;
• Internal climate survey: conducting an in-depth analysis of the company climate to understand and improve employee well-being;
• Employee stress assessment: implementing targeted initiatives to evaluate and manage work-related stress, promoting physical and mental well-being;
• Production efficiency enhancement: optimizing production processes to reduce consumption and increase efficiency.

This third Report is not a destination but a stage in a shared journey with employees, customers, and partners. Every achievement reflects collective effort and a strategy that looks to the future with awareness and determination.
