Corporate welfare is the set of benefits and services provided to employees to support income, improve private and work life. For years, Chimiver Panseri S.p.A. has been offering its employees welfare contributions for various purposes (leisure, travel, vouchers, supplementary pensions, etc.).

Employees, on a rotating basis, have access to a company car with 100% electric power and a charging station in the parking lot.

FLEXIBLE HOURS:
Since 2022, Chimiver Panseri S.p.A. has adopted a winter schedule that not only saves energy but also promotes greater well-being for employees. The continuous schedule allows staff to have more free time and reduce commuting. The company also allows female staff to work with flexible hours based on their family needs. Finally, some roles have the possibility of working remotely, depending on the company’s tasks.

FOR YOU PROJECT:
Within the framework of activities promoted in the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) context, Chimiver Panseri S.p.A. is proud to have joined the “FOR YOU Project,” a program that promotes positive lifestyles and raises awareness in the community about the importance of breast cancer prevention. With the intention of offering all female employees a three-year breast cancer prevention program with free annual screenings, the first visit took place in the company last December: a tangible gesture of attention to the well-being and health of its employees.

COMPANY GYM:
For years, the company has created an internal gym for all employees to use after working hours. Since January 2024, the company has introduced a Personal Trainer as an additional corporate benefit.
