Ecodesign and Research&Development

In a context where environmental awareness is constantly increasing, Chimiver Panseri S.p.A. is committed to designing innovative products that not only meet consumer needs but are also environmentally friendly. For this reason, we have introduced the concept of “Ecodesign” or eco-compatible design into our company.

This new representation of research and development is a new business model that involves integrating environmental assessments into the product development process, with the aim of designing products with minimal environmental impact throughout their entire life cycle.

European Green Deal

The European Commission has also presented a package of proposals in the European Green Deal, formulated with the aim of promoting sustainable products, circular business models, and ecological transition. This plan, in line with the Circular Economy Action Plan, includes various proposals, such as:

1. Implementation of new regulations to make all physical goods available on the EU market more ecological, circular, and energy-efficient throughout their entire life cycle. These regulations range from the design phase to daily use, from change of purpose to end-of-life management.
2. Introduction of a new strategy to provide greater durability, reliability, repairability, reusability, and recyclability to products.
3. Promotion of the internal market for products to contribute to achieving climate and sustainability goals.
4. Implementation of new regulations that empower consumers, ensuring better information on the environmental sustainability of products and protecting them from “greenwashing.”
