RASOCHIM Self-Leveling and Cementitious Smoothing Compounds: Range and Key Features

• RASOCHIM PRO: Fast-hardening cementitious self-leveling compound which, once mixed with water, develops excellent fluidity and self-leveling properties. Suitable for manual application or mechanical application using plastering screw pumps, with installation thicknesses ranging from 0 to 20 mm.

• RASOCHIM FAST: Highly thixotropic, ultra-fast hardening cementitious smoothing compound for horizontal and vertical leveling, both indoors and outdoors, with thicknesses from 1 to 30 mm in a single application.

• RASOCHIM MICRO: Thixotropic, fast-hardening cementitious smoothing compound suitable for leveling and regularizing horizontal and vertical surfaces, indoors and outdoors, with thicknesses from 0 to 10 mm in a single application.

• RASOCHIM MAXI: Fast-hardening cementitious self-leveling compound for substrate leveling from 3 to 50 mm. Once mixed with water, the material develops excellent fluidity and self-leveling properties, suitable for manual application or mechanical application using plastering screw pumps. With the update of the RASOCHIM line, Chimiver has taken an important step forward in terms of workplace health and safety. Thanks to the reduced weight of the bags, today the cementitious smoothing and self-leveling products for subfloors comply with the guidelines of Annex XXXIII of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the norma UNI ISO 11228, standard, which define weight limits for manual material handling based on workers’ age and gender.

Lighter and More Inclusive Bags. This update makes the new bags più easier and safer to handle, broadening the range of professionals who can work in full compliance with regulations and in optimal ergonomic conditions. A concrete step toward promoting greater inclusion in the workplace.

• Enhanced stability: storage stability has doubled: from 6 to 12 months.
• New water range:he extended water range allows you to adjust the product’s thixotropy and achieve either a thicker consistency or a more fluid mix depending on the amount of water added. This provides maximum flexibility in adjusting the mix for both vertical and horizontal applications, allowing you to tailor the product’s workability to your specific installation method. The water range indicated in the technical data sheet allows you to obtain either a smoother, more fluid consistency or a denser, more structured mix. • Selected aggregates for a lighter, more uniform finish compared to other formulations.
• Suitable for Exterior Use: Our self-levelling compounds (RASOCHIM MAXI e RASOCHIM PRO)can be applied in both interior environments and covered outdoor areas, provided they are not exposed to standing water or direct immersion. By contrast, our smoothing compounds (RASOCHIM FAST and RASOCHIM MICRO) are engineered for both indoor and outdoor applications.
