The extreme sensitivity of this balance makes us understand how a small change could generate a huge impact on an entire ecosystem, vital for human well-being.
In the coming years, one of the most significant global risks we will face is the loss of biodiversity and the subsequent collapse of ecosystems.
For this reason, the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework has been approved, the biodiversity counterpart to the Paris Climate Agreement, where targets and objectives have been defined to stop and reverse biodiversity loss.
BeeLife European Beekeeping Coordination
BeeLife European Beekeeping Coordination is an NGO formed by professionals in the beekeeping industry from various European Union countries. BeeLife works to protect pollinators in Europe, highlighting their value for nature and people, serving as a link between policy, science, and on-field analysis to promote a more sustainable future for pollinators and safeguard their role in ecosystems. The organization is a member of the “1% for the Planet” initiative, a program that brings together companies willing to dedicate 1% of their profits to planet protection.
BeeLife, in addition to a fixed annual contribution, is the recipient of our 1% of revenue from sales of the product Oil Bee.
“Conscious of our role in the chemical industry, Chimiver has been promoting environmentally friendly activities for many years. Environmental protection is at the core of our Social Responsibility Program; all Chimiver products are designed, planned, and produced to protect the health of users and offer high-quality standards to end customers. For these reasons, we are very happy and proud to support BeeLife. We want to have a role in building a better future for the next generations.” – Oscar Panseri (CEO, Chimiver Panseri S.p.A.)
“We are very satisfied with the support received from Chimiver. It’s not just a charity donation; it gives us the opportunity to strengthen our activities, such as achieving an 80% reduction in the use of synthetic pesticides in EU agriculture by 2030 and reforming agricultural statistics.” – Francesco Panella (President BeeLife)
