Chimiver’s 2025 Sustainability Report: 60 years of history and a look to the future

Sixty years of history are built on people, choices, hard work and the ability to evolve.

NIn 2025, Chimiver celebrated 60 years of activity, an important milestone that also represents an opportunity to look back at the journey undertaken and at the goals that will guide the company’s future.

The Chimiver 2025 Sustainability Report is the fourth document through which the company voluntarily reports on results, initiatives and main environmental, social and economic impacts related to its activities. This reporting is part of a journey that began in previous years and provides a concrete snapshot of Chimiver’s performance in 2025.

The Report was voluntarily prepared according to the GRI – Referenced approach of the Global Reporting Initiative and collects data and information relating to the main aspects of sustainability, from people to occupational health and safety, from energy to waste management, as well as improvement targets for the years to come.

Data, people and concrete goals thus become the elements through which Chimiver describes its sustainability journey and looks ahead to the coming years.

Behind every product, every innovation and every achievement, there are people.

In 2025, Chimiver reached 71 employees and obtained the UNI ISO 45001:2018 certification, strengthening its commitment to occupational health and safety. Training and skills development activities also continued, including those focused on artificial intelligence.

In 2025, Chimiver’s journey was also accompanied by important developments, including the launch of the new Rasochim line and the recognition received as part of the Sustainability Award 2025. Find out more about the Sustainability Award 2025  awarded to Chimiver.

Chimiver’s main sustainability data for 2025

The Report gives concrete substance to the activities carried out:

• 2 photovoltaic systems, with a total capacity of 135.5 kWp;
• 202 tonnes of waste managed
• 100% of electricity purchased from the grid covered by Guarantees of Origin But the journey does not stop with the results achieved.

2026 targets: Chimiver’s vision for the future

2026 marks the beginning of a new phase, with goals focused on process efficiency, quality, listening to people, and the development of new tools to support ESG management and technical assistance.
