TRANSPARENT WATER-BASED LACQUER FOR LVT, SPC, PVC, LINOLEUM AND RUBBER

ECOSTAR 2K HP: A two-component, water-based, aliphatic polyurethane TRANSPARENT lacquer for the treatment of floors and coverings in LVT, SPC, PVC, linoleum, rubber, etc. This product creates a transparent and flexible coating, offering high chemical and physical resistance to wear, scratch and abrasion, while also providing an anti-slip effect to the floor.

COLORED WATER-BASED LACQUER FOR LVT, SPC, PVC, LINOLEUM AND RUBBER

ECOSTAR 2K HP Colorata: A two-component, water-based, aliphatic polyurethane COLORED lacquer for the treatment of LVT, SPC, PVC, linoleum, etc. The product creates a flexible, durable coating that provides high resistance to chemicals, wear, scratches and abrasion, while also giving an anti-slip effect to the floor. Available in RAL, NCS, and custom colors.

Both finishes can be used for painting both indoor and outdoor surfaces, and they can be used in the same application cycle:

1. First coat of colored lacquer;
2. Second coat of transparent finish to give an anti-slip effect.

HOW TO APPLY COLORED LACQUER ON ELASTIC SURFACES

Applying Ecostar 2K HP Colorata is simple:

• It’s always recommended to shake the product well before application and mix the two components thoroughly as per the specified ratios (10:1);
• If the flooring is old or worn, it is recommended to degrease the surface with VELUREX Sgrassatore;
• Sand the surface with scotch brite to promote adhesion, then clean with Diluente APA;
• Apply the lacquer with a brush and/or 10 mm Teflon roller, following the quantities indicated in the technical data sheet;
• For greater coverage, after 3-5 hours (without sanding), a second coat of Ecostar 2K HP Colorata can be applied, or apply a coat of Ecostar 2K HP (10:2) for excellent resistance and an anti-slip effect.
